Tim is the General Counsel of Adams Street Partners. He leads the Firm's legal group and is responsible for all legal aspects of the Firm's primary, secondary and direct investments. As the Chief Compliance Officer, Tim is responsible for the Firm's global regulatory compliance program. Tim also coordinates all transactional aspects of the Firm's fundraising activities and the Firm's primary, secondary and direct investments.
